As a CNC Swiss Machinist, you'll play a key role in manufacturing high-precision medical components in a clean, state-of-the-art production environment.

• Set up and operate CNC Swiss machines to produce medical components to precise specifications.
• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions to maintain quality and accuracy.
• Install tooling, set tool offsets, and make machine adjustments during setup.
• Perform routine tool changes and monitor tool wear.
• Inspect parts using precision measuring equipment to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Troubleshoot minor machining issues and make process adjustments as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area in accordance with medical manufacturing requirements.
• Collaborate with machining, quality, finishing, setup, and engineering teams to support production goals.

• Minimum 2 years of CNC Swiss machining experience in a production environment.
• Experience with Swiss machines such as Tsugami, Citizen, Star, or similar equipment.
• At least 6 months of machine setup experience, including tooling changes and offset adjustments.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong understanding of precision machining and tight-tolerance manufacturing.
• Commitment to producing high-quality components in a regulated manufacturing environment.

• Medical device manufacturing experience.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, team-oriented machine shop.
