Are you ready to launch a hands-on career in manufacturing? The Dixon Group is looking for a motivated CNC Operator Trainee to join our team at Dixon Specialty Products in Chestertown, MD! This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with mechanical aptitude who wants to learn valuable technical skills, work with advanced machinery, and be part of a company that invests in your growth. In this role, you'll be trained to set up and operate Computer Numerical Controlled (CNC) mills and lathes to produce precision metal components.
