Job description

Experienced Machine Operator
Experienced Machine Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC machines to produce high-quality products.
The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in CNC Manufacturing with experience in robotics, particularly FANUC-based systems and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
2nd shift - Monday - Thursday 4:30 PM to 2:45 AM - (with opportunities for overtime, Friday and Saturday)
Required Skill Set:
  • Must have 3 years' experience in CNC Manufacturing.
  • Must have experience in robotics, particularly FANUC-based systems and ability to work through select alarms
  • Fanuc Advance TPP Programming
  • Machine Installation
  • Electrical and Mechanical print reading
  • Understanding of tool wear
  • PLC and HMI program upload
  • Tool changes and offsets
  • SolidWorks
Principle Duties and Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate CNC machines
  • Monitor machines during operation to ensure quality and efficiency
  • Perform routine maintenance on machines
  • Read and interpret blueprints and schematics
  • Perform quality checks on finished products
  • Follow safety procedures and guidelines
  • Communicate with team members and supervisors
Working Conditions.
Industrial Plant setting. Continuous exposure to noise. Safety protection is required. Must wear safety shoes, safety glasses, hearing protection and work in a safe manner at all times. Must strive for continuous improvement. Overtime is required.
