We are seeking an experienced CNC Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of hands-on experience operating CNC machines. The CNC Operator will be responsible for efficiently and accurately operating CNC machinery to produce high-quality parts while adhering to safety protocols and maintaining production schedules. Responsibilities:
Operate CNC machines, such as mills or lathes, according to job specifications, blueprints, and work orders.
Load and unload workpieces, tools, and/or fixtures onto CNC machines, ensuring proper alignment and secure clamping.
Perform routine maintenance tasks on CNC machines, such as lubrication, tool replacement, and cleaning.
Conduct regular inspections and measurements of machined parts using precision instruments to verify conformance to specifications.
