Food Machine Operator


Location: Renton, WA

Pay: $21.57 - $23.00 per hour (DOE) 

Work Type: Full-time (Temp-to-Hire

Available Shift: Day Shift | M-F | 6:00 am - 2:30 pm 

Expected Hours: 40 per week


Job Summary:


We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Machine Operator to join our team. This position involves the daily operation of various coffee production machines. The ideal candidate will require previous knowledge manufacturing and or food production machines , and previous machine operator training and experience. This role is crucial for maintaining product flow within the scheduled timeline with minimal downtime.


Key Responsibilities:

Operate our clients' packaging equipment efficiently.

Recognize and correct potential packaging issues before production.

Ensure proper customer-specific packaging needs are met.

Troubleshoot and correct common packaging or printing issues.

Maintain the integrity and appearance of all finished products.

Record accurate and complete production logs.

Maintain a clean and sanitary work area.

Direct packers to maximize efficient production times, if applicable.

Report any safety, food safety, or quality concerns to the Supervisor/Manager immediately.

Perform all other related duties as assigned.


Qualifications:

High school diploma required; technical or college degree a plus.

Previous experience in a manufacturing facility preferred.

Ability to work quickly and safely.

Lift a minimum of 45 lbs. regularly.

Operate all equipment safely and within company compliance.

Stand for extended periods.

Work under strict deadlines.

Work well in a team environment.

Personal and professional integrity.

Attention to detail.

Good communication skills.
