Job description

Closet Factory of Kentucky is seeking a skilled Cabinet & Millwork CNC Operator to join our team in Louisville, KY. In this role, you will operate and maintain CNC machinery to produce high-quality cabinet and millwork components, ensuring precision and efficiency in every project. You will work closely with our production and design teams to deliver custom cabinetry solutions that meet our customers' specifications and quality standards.

Responsibilities
  • Set up, operate, and maintain a Homag CNC machine for cabinet and millwork production
  • Interpret and follow detailed production drawings and blueprints
  • Monitor machine operation to detect malfunctions and make necessary adjustments
  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of CNC equipment
  • Ensure finished products meet quality and dimensional standards
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and production efficiency
  • Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
  • Safely operate a forklift for material handling
Requirements
  • Previous experience operating CNC machinery in cabinet or millwork production preferred
  • Experiance working in cabinet and mill is a big plus
  • Strong understanding of blueprint reading and technical drawings
