CNC Operator
We're Hiring! Multiple Openings Available- Louisville, KY 40214
Looking for a steady manufacturing job with a great schedule? We have several
CNC Router Operator openings available, with two shifts to choose from.
Choose Your Shift
2nd Shift
Monday through Thursday
2:30 PM to 1:00 AM
Weekend Shift
Friday, Saturday and Sunday
5:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Work 36 hours, get paid for 40!
What You'll Do
As a CNC Router Operator, you'll operate our Symbotic Router and other manufacturing equipment to produce quality parts. You'll also:
• Set up and operate CNC routing equipment
• Read job travelers and follow production schedules
• Use measuring tools such as tape measures and calipers
• Perform quality checks and make adjustments as needed
• Operate material handling equipment including jib cranes, lift tables and conveyors
• Band and package finished products
• Keep your work area clean and organized
• Record materials used and production completed
• Follow all safety procedures and quality standards
What We're Looking For
You don't have to know everything on day one. We're looking for people who are dependable, safety minded and willing to learn.
You'll need:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• CNC experience preferred, but manufacturing experience may also be considered
• Ability to read and follow written instructions
• Basic measuring skills
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to stand, bend and lift throughout the shift
• Willingness to cross train and learn new skills
• Forklift experience is a plus, but we can provide certification
