About the Role:

The Machine Operator plays a critical role in the manufacturing process by efficiently operating and maintaining various production machinery to ensure high-quality output. This position requires precision and attention to detail to handle assembly line tasks, operate press machines, and manage overhead cranes safely. The operator will be responsible for setting up, adjusting, and monitoring machines such as mold machines and band saws to meet production specifications. . Ultimately, the Machine Operator contributes to the smooth and continuous flow of production while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience operating assembly line and production machinery in a manufacturing environment.
  • Two year experience in industrial setting
  • Basic knowledge of machine setup, adjustment, and maintenance procedures.
  • Familiarity with measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers.


Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor assembly line equipment and press machines to maintain consistent production flow.
  • Safely handle overhead cranes and clamp trucks to move heavy materials and components within the production area.
  • Set up, adjust, and maintain mold machines and band saws according to job specifications and production schedules.
  • Perform deburring and finishing tasks to ensure parts meet quality standards and specifications.
  • Use precision measuring tools such as micrometers to inspect parts and ensure dimensional accuracy.
  • Coordinate with maintenance personnel and troubleshooting on production machinery to minimize downtime.
  • Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.


Monday - Friday 1p-9p (Second shift) and Sunday- Friday 9p-5a (Third shift)

Benefits begin 60 days after the 1st of the month starting the job. Medical, Dental, Vision, and auxiliary benefits. Weekly pay the first 60 days. Pay increases after 60 days
