Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled CNC set up /operator for CNC vertical milling machines. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient production of precision parts to meet quality standards. The ideal candidate should have experience with Mastercam, Fanuc controls, and be capable of interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
Responsibilities:
Include but not limited to
Set up CNC vertical milling machines
Load and unload raw materials and parts into machines.
Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine product specifications.
Inspect machined parts to verify conformance to specifications using precision measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers).
Requirements:
Experience as a CNC set up / Operator
Programing is a plus
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
Knowledge of precision measuring tools and ability to maintain accuracy.
