This role is responsible for developing, delivering, and managing technical and safety training programs for manufacturing employees, while also assisting with shop-floor safety initiatives such as audits, inspections, Client Details Our client is a leading precision manufacturing company specializing in high-quality CNC machining and tooling, making highly advanced components for the aeorpsace and medical sectors. Description Deliver classroom lessons and practical training on CNC mills, lathes, and/or Swiss machines Teach G-code programming, CAM software usage, and blueprint reading. Instruct on precision measurement tools like calipers and micrometers, plus GD&T standards. Adapt teaching methods to support different skill levels and learning styles Ensure their training methods and style are effective and up to date. This includes self-assessment, feedback from others, researching teaching methods, and attending educational training sessions. Profile Experience using CNC equipment and knowledge of manufacturing policies and practices. 2+ years of previous experience teaching/working on CNC equipment (Lathes, mills, and/or Swiss machines). 2+ years in a manufacturing machining environment. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software. Job Offer Competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $95,000 per year.
