Job Title: Machining Operator (CNC / Screw Machining / General Machining)
Location: Elizabethtown, NC

Job Description:
Adecco is currently assisting a client in Elizabethtown, NC in their search for an experienced Machining Operator. This position plays a key role in supporting daily production operations across multiple manufacturing cells. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in CNC machining, screw machining, and/or general machining operations and be comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate and maintain machining equipment, including CNC machines, screw machines, lathes, milling machines, saws, grinders, and hand tools
• Support daily production needs across multiple work cells
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Use precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers to ensure product quality
• Apply basic shop math, including trigonometry, plane geometry, and solid geometry
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications:
• Trade school certification or equivalent hands-on experience
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in CNC machining, screw machining, or general machining
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring instruments accurately
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Preferred Skills:
• CNC programming or setup experience
• Experience working with multiple types of machining equipment

Pay Details: $17.00 to $33.00 per hour
