Job Summary

Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual looking for a new opportunity? We're seeking a CNC Lathe Operator & Programmer to join our team in Fruitport, MI. In this role, you'll be a vital part of a busy, fast-paced CNC machine shop, helping us to produce high-quality parts that keep our customers’ operations running smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing

As a CNC Lathe Setup & Programmer, your core responsibilities will include:
  • Machine Operation: Load and unload materials into CNC lathes to produce precision components according to specifications.
  • Quality Inspection: Use measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges to ensure parts meet exact tolerances.
  • Documentation and Setup: Follow blueprints, work instructions, and computer programs to complete production runs accurately.
In addition, you will also be expected to assist with the assembly of finished products, prepare them for shipment, and help maintain a clean and organized workspace.

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you should have the following:

Qualifications:
  • CNC experience preferred
  • Ability to stand for an entire shift
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
