Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist / Set-up to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines to produce precision parts and components that meet strict quality standards. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to safety and efficiency in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Machine Operation: Set up and operate CNC milling, turning, or grinding machines according to specifications.
  • Programming & Setup: Load programs, adjust machine settings, and perform tool changes as required.
  • Quality Control: Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision measuring tools to ensure compliance with tolerances.
