Job description

Job Title: CNC Machine Operator – 2nd Shift
Pay Rate: $22–$26/hour

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and hands-on CNC Machine Operator to operate the Den CNC machine used for processing large parts. This position is more physically demanding than operating traditional CNC equipment and requires employees to manually handle large components throughout the production process. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a dirty environment, handling heavy materials, and performing manual machining tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate the Den CNC machine to process and manufacture large parts.
  • Physically load, unload, and position large components during production.
  • Monitor machine operation and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Perform basic machine adjustments and maintain a safe work environment.
  • Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality.
  • Keep work area clean and organized while following safety procedures.
  • Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet production goals.

Qualifications:

  • Previous CNC machining or manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Comfortable working in a hands-on, physically demanding environment.
  • Ability to lift, move, and handle large parts safely.
