Compensation: Varies by Project & Experienceย 

We are building a talent pool ofย CNC and Machine Operatorsย to support upcoming manufacturing and production projects. Opportunities may be short-term or long-term and range from entry-level machine operation to highly skilled CNC programming and setup roles.ย 

What Youโ€™llย Typically Do:ย 

  • CNC machine operation (lathe, mill, router, etc.)ย 
  • Machine setup, calibration, and changeoversย 
  • Reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawingsย 
  • Monitoring production runs and performing quality checksย 
  • Adjusting offsets and tooling as neededย 
  • Preventive maintenance and basic troubleshootingย 

What Weโ€™reย Looking For:ย 

  • Experience as a CNC or machine operator preferred
  • Previousย experience of manufacturing or production environmentย 
  • Ability to read measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)ย 
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to qualityย
