Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:00PM – 11:30 PM
Pay Range: $25.00 – $30.00+/hour (based on experience) + 2.25 differential/ hour

What You Will Do:

  • Set up, adjust and operate basic machine tools to produce precision components
  • Perform CNC machine setup, including fixture setup and tool changes
  • Load tools, verify offsets, and ensure proper tool performance
  • Align and secure workpieces and tools with accuracy
  • Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specs
  • Perform quality inspections using precision tools (micrometers, calipers, etc.)
  • Document work, maintain equipment, and support team goals
  • Collaborate with other machinists and help uphold a clean, safe, and efficient work environment
  • Perform other duties as assigned

✅ Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Preferably 5-10+ years of CNC machining experience

Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with basic math, geometric tolerances and machining fundamentals preferred
  • MasterCam knowledge is a plus
  • Ability to read blueprints and operate measurement tools
  • Forklift/crane operation skills and ability to lift 50 lbs

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods working on feet, using tools, and performing repetitive actions that may require frequent bending, stooping, and lifting
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
  • Visual acuity to read instructions, operate machines, and inspect parts produced for quality and accuracy
  • Ability to operate machines and equipment with manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
  • Must be able to operate a forklift as needed to handle materials
