Job Title: CNC Machine OperatorJob Description

We are seeking a dedicated CNC Machine Operator to join our team. You will be responsible for operating CNC machines to produce high-quality parts according to specifications and ensuring efficiency in production.

Responsibilities
  • Operate CNC machines to run production parts.
  • Load parts into machines, start programs, and ensure quality checks on parts once offloaded.
  • Remove finished parts from the machine and stage them for orders.
  • Troubleshoot and perform basic maintenance on CNC equipment.
  • Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate production.
  • Utilize tools such as drill presses, shears, lathes, and grinders.
Essential Skills
  • Experience with CNC machine operations.
  • Ability to read blueprints and perform machine programming.
  • Strong mechanical skills and knowledge of machining processes.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
