  • Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, or machining centers
  • Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  • Make offsets, tooling adjustments, and program edits as needed
  • Perform first-piece and in-process inspections
  • Use calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision measuring tools
  • Maintain tight tolerances while meeting production goals
  • Troubleshoot machining issues and ensure quality standards are met
QualificationsRequired
  • Previous CNC machining experience
  • Experience setting up and/or operating CNC equipment
  • Ability to read blueprints
  • Familiarity with precision measuring instruments
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

  • G & M code editing experience
