Are you a dedicated nurse looking for a rewarding full-time opportunity with a supportive team?
Augusta Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate Licensed Nurse (RN/LPN) to join our PM shift team in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation community. Our nurses play an essential role in providing quality care, building relationships with residents, and supporting a team dedicated to person-centered care.
What You'll Do
  • Provide professional nursing care to residents in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation community
  • Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility standards
  • Complete assessments, monitor resident conditions, and communicate changes to providers and the interdisciplinary team
  • Collaborate with CNAs, families, providers, and team members to support individualized resident care
  • Support resident care plans and promote resident safety, comfort, and dignity
  • Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Provide direction, support, and leadership to nursing assistants to promote quality resident outcomes
