Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality, person-centered care to clients in their homes, supporting their daily living needs while promoting independence, dignity, and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
  • Provide mobility assistance and transfers using proper techniques
  • Knowledge of Hoyer lift and slide board
  • Monitor and report changes in client condition to the care team
  • Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errands as needed
  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided
  • Follow all care plans, safety protocols, and agency policies

Qualifications:

  • Active CNA certification in Colorado
  • Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience preferred
  • Reliable transportation 
  • Ability to pass background check and drug screening
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
