Are you a Senior Project Engineer with 6+ years of experience looking to grow your career? P2S is an award-winning engineering firm named "Best Place to Work " for the past 15 years.
Employment Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday-Friday (The position is on-site, in-person only)
Salary: $105,000 - $130,000. This role is also eligible for an annual performance-based bonus. Bonus eligibility and payout are determined by role, individual performance, and company performance, and are not guaranteed.

P2S has an open position for a Project Engineer based in Long Beach, CA. If you meet the qualifications below, you could be a perfect fit.
Sr. Project Engineer Requirements
-Minimum of 6+ years of experience in the construction industry as a project engineer or similar, including major capital projects
-Design-Build experience preferred; CMAR experience is a plus
-Institutional/Higher Education experience preferred but not required
-CSU experience is a plus but not required
-Experience working for a general contractor on large construction projects is a plus
-Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude
Duties of the Sr. Project Engineer
-Provide design, technical, and administrative support during preconstruction, construction, and closeout phases
-Manage project document control, including circulating, receiving, tracking, and maintaining organized files (e.g., plans, meeting minutes, RFIs, submittals, change orders, ASIs, schedules, etc.)
-Oversee document management throughout all phases of design development and permitting
