  • Oversee CRM system, marketing data infrastructure, and content platforms to ensure operational excellence.
  • Support employer branding, recruitment marketing, and M&A integration efforts as part of the firm's long-term growth strategy.

Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is a strategic, data-driven marketing executive with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams in complex, multi-office organizations-preferably within professional services or A/E/C environments.

  • Strong executive presence with exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience leading distributed teams and influencing cross-functional leadership.
  • Proven ability to translate strategy into execution with measurable results.
