The base pay range for this role is estimated to be$75,000 - $130,000 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

    Tasks and Qualifications:

    What You Will Do In This Role:

    • Identify and target new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, and inbound leads.
    • Research and engage with potential customers to understand their business challenges and how our SaaS solutions can address them.
    • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed revenue targets.
    • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
    • Effectively manage and advance leads through the sales pipeline using CRM tools.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, offering insights and recommendations to maximize the value of the SaaS solution.
    • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and support.
    • Develop proposals, negotiate contract terms, and close deals.
    • Work closely with the legal and finance teams to ensure smooth contract execution.
    • Stay current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
    • Work with the product team to define offerings and solution strategy to generate value for customers.
    • Provide customer insights to the product team to support product development and improvements.

    What We Are Looking For:

    • Computerized Maintenance Management Software

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
    • 3+ years of experience in SaaS sales or a similar technology sales environment.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
