In this role, you'll be part of a highly automated facility, performing daily equipment checks and maintaining machinery such as conveyors, palletizers, wrappers, labelers, and fillers. Work Schedule: 3rd shift (Monday Friday) with occasional weekend work as needed. 7:00 pm - 7:00 am
Perform daily equipment inspections to identify and address maintenance needs.
Service, repair, and troubleshoot a wide range of machinery including:
Conveyors, palletizers, wrappers, fillers, depalletizers, and labelers.
Tetra Pak equipment (experience required).
Support equipment installation, startup, and shutdown following safety and OSHA protocols.
Handle logistics tasks such as receiving, prepping, and loading goods.
Execute production line duties with a strong focus on safety and efficiency.
Maintain and repair PLC, electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
Collaborate with operators to resolve equipment issues quickly.
Mentor and support team development through knowledge sharing and training.
Adhere to all safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Tetra Pak equipment.
Willingness to relocate to Ogden, Utah.
Strong knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Proficiency with electromechanical systems (sensors, drives, HMI, etc.).
Comfortable working with industrial electricity up to 480 VACS.
Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and locate parts.
Physically able to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
Quick learner with a continuous improvement mindset.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and team collaboration skills.
