- Reliability Engineer supporting Reliability Excellence Systems across multiple Rolling Mills and Extrusion Plants

- Based in Davenport, IA; up to 50% travel required

- Drives reliability culture, system adoption, and continuous improvement across the enterprise

- Works cross‑functionally with Business Units, Operations, Maintenance, IT, Finance, and Manufacturing Technology teams

- Contributes to a values‑driven environment focused on integrity, inclusion, agility, and growth

- Lead, coach, and implement Equipment Reliability system components (Defect Elimination, Criticality Analysis, Preventive/Predictive Maintenance, CMMS)

- Support Condition‑Based Monitoring and Reliability‑Centered Maintenance initiatives

- Develop standards and guide plant teams through system implementation

- Promote ownership and accountability for reliability across all sites

- Identify and communicate opportunities to improve OEE and productivity

- Leverage cross‑functional resources (Engineering, IT, Finance) to drive sustainable improvements
