Description

Summaryย 

Document maintenance activities in collaboration with maintenance team. Document maintenance activities on jobs on a daily basis as well as annual shutdown coordination. This role will interface with maintenance workers and managers daily to be aware of work to be done, and document work that has been done.ย 


Essential Responsibilities and Dutiesย 

1. In conjunction with the CMMS Manager, Maintenance Supervisor, and Maintenance Manager, document work done on maintenance jobs and projects.

2. Generate, close, and record work order time, personnel, and parts/supplies needed to complete the work order in the CMMS software.

3. In coordination with the compliance dept, track Prevailing Wage data for maintenance workers.

4. Collaborate with maintenance mechanics and electricians to accurately record information on work orders.ย 

5. Assist with inventory audits, and general warehouse tasks.

6. Consolidate information for work order completion and communicate expectations and schedule to maintenance technicians.

7. Wear personal protective equipment as required in the particular area of the plant.


Qualificationsย 

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.ย 

Ability to work well with others and ability to work independently.ย 

Excellent organization skills.

Technical knowledge of industrial parts, processes, and CMMS software preferred.

High School Diploma or GED requiredย 

Work experience equivalent to 3 years experience in relevant skills
