Job description

About the Position:

Looking for a NP or PA in Irrigon, OR

  • Role: Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) needed for a medical clinic.
  • Experience Requirement: Must have prior experience; new graduates will not be considered.
  • Team: Work alongside another PA and an LCSW.
  • Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 10-hour shifts, including 2 hours of paid administrative time daily.
  • Optional Call: NP candidates with appropriate training/experience may take call hours at a nearby hospital.

About the Compensation & Benefits:

  • Excellent Salary depending on experience (DOE).
  • On-Call Rate for ER Coverage (NP only): $115/hour.

Insurance:

  • Medical, Prescription, Vision, and Dental Coverage:
    • Medical: Coverage through with a $1,000 deductible.
    • Dental: Options ($1,500 annual limit) .
    • Vision: $300 annual allowance for glasses/contacts.
    • Premiums fully paid by the employer.

Life and Disability Insurance:

  • $25,000 life insurance for the employee, $2,000 for spouse/children over six months.

Retirement Benefits:

  • 5%-6% salary contribution to a 401(a) plan (based on year-end financials).
