This role primarily operates in a remote setting, which accommodates the increasing desire for work-life balance among our clinical staff. However, our team also collaborates within an outpatient office environment in Santa Ana, California, where you may engage directly with colleagues and participate in team meetings. Working hours are typically Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing a predictable schedule that promotes a healthy work-life integration.

• Conduct direct counseling sessions with individuals, couples, and families to address mental health challenges, relationship issues, and family dynamics, ensuring to customize therapies based on their specific needs.
• Utilize and implement a variety of therapeutic methodologies, drawing from established practices in psychology and counseling to foster meaningful therapeutic relationships.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, attending regular meetings and case consultations to share insights and strategies, ensuring wrap-around services for patient support.
• Document clinical evaluations and treatment plans, maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations, and uphold the ethical standards applicable to your practice.
• Facilitate and lead family care meetings that include all relevant stakeholders involved in the patient's well-being, strategizing collectively on effective care pathways.

Your primary focus will be providing therapeutic support to a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, couples, and families experiencing challenges such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, and interpersonal conflicts. By effectively addressing these issues through evidence-based therapy, you will play a critical role in improving their overall mental health and relational functioning.

• A Bachelor’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field is required to ensure foundational knowledge in psychological principles.
• A current and unrestricted LMFT license to practice in California is mandatory.
• At least two years of experience in a clinical setting focusing on counseling services for children, couples, and families.

• A master’s degree or doctorate in a relevant field such as clinical psychology, marriage and family therapy, or counseling is highly desirable.
• Proven experience working with diverse populations, understanding varied cultural dynamics, and the ability to counsel across a range of mental health issues.
• Demonstrated crisis intervention skills, showcasing the ability to remain composed and effective in urgent situations.
• Familiarity with therapeutic tools and technologies that support remote counseling, as well as a willingness to adapt to new methodologies as the field evolves.
• In-depth knowledge of HIPAA regulations, confidentiality, and ethical guidelines governing clinical practice.

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package including:
