Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct telehealth sessions with patients, utilizing state-of-the-art video conferencing tools to provide therapy and support.
• Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, integrating diverse therapeutic techniques to cater to individual participant needs.
• Create and maintain thorough documentation using our secure online systems for scheduling, notes, and communication.
• Utilize our advanced chat-bot technology to extend support and provide timely interventions when participants require additional assistance.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes and satisfaction.
• Engage in regular team meetings and training sessions to remain updated on best practices and telehealth policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on individuals seeking help for anxiety, depression, substance dependencies, trauma, and related behavioral health issues. You will also have the opportunity to work with adolescents aged 8 and older, addressing unique challenges faced by younger populations in therapy. Through our remote platform, you will foster meaningful therapeutic relationships that empower participants to achieve their goals.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active California License as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience in social work or therapeutic settings.
• Familiarity with telehealth regulations and practices in California.
• Proficient with technology required for virtual therapy, including video conferencing and online scheduling systems.
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients in a virtual environment, maintaining professionalism throughout interactions.

• Access to reliable technology, including a smartphone, laptop, and high-speed internet connection.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with adolescents aged 8 and above is highly desirable.
• Background in substance use disorders or co-occurring mental health conditions.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to USD 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes:
