LIEU DE TRAVAIL : Saint-Hyacinthe (2450, rue Girouard Ouest)

ROLE :

Sous la supervision du Directeur Cautionnement et en collaboration avec les membres de l'equipe, vous gerez un portefeuille d'entrepreneurs uvrant principalement en construction en ce qui a trait a leurs besoins de cautionnement.

En fait, votre role au sein de l'equipe consistera principalement a:

  • Gerer un portefeuille de dossiers cautionnement generalement constitue d'entrepreneurs de moyenne envergure;

  • Analyser et autoriser les demandes de cautionnement selon l'autorite de l'analyste et des procedures en place. Preparer la documentation et faire des recommandations pour les projets importants;

  • Proceder aux revisions annuelles, analyses de risque et mises a jour financieres des dossiers entrepreneurs pour l'etablissement les limites de cautionnements;

  • Organiser des rencontres avec les courtiers et les entrepreneurs. Consolider les relations d'affaires. Participer a des evenements de l'industrie de la construction et du cautionnement;

  • Communiquer et negocier les termes et conditions des dossiers entrepreneurs;

  • Analyser les nouveaux dossiers cautionnement presentes conformement aux procedures en place;

  • Gerer les demandes de paiements de fournisseurs et/ou reclamations des beneficiaires en collaboration avec le service d'indemnisation;

  • Participer a des projets speciaux.

Qualifications:

  • Obtention d'un diplome universitaire, avec specialisation en comptabilite, administration et/ou finance;

  • Avoir entre 1 et 3 ans d'experience en cautionnement, comptabilite, administration et/ou finance;

  • Detenir un titre comptable (CPA, CGA ou CMA) ou CFA, un atout;

  • Excellente capacite d'analyse, de synthese et de prise de decision;

  • Connaissance de l'industrie du cautionnement et/ou de la construction, un atout;

  • Habiletes a developper d'excellentes relations d'affaires personnalisees;

  • Etre oriente vers le client, les resultats et les solutions;

  • Esprit d'equipe;

  • Sens de l'organisation, des affaires (negociation), minutie, autonomie et initiative;

  • Connaissance de la suite Office;

  • Excellente maitrise du francais ecrit et parle.

  • Bilinguisme (francais et anglais) - Necessite d'interagir sur une base reguliere avec des collegues partout au pays

  • Aucune experience de travail au Canada requise, mais necessite d'avoir l'autorisation de travailler au Canada
