Location: Seattle, WA (Fremont Clinic) / Kirkland, WA
Work Setting: Outpatient Endoscopy Center
Position Type: Full-Time (1,040 Hours Expected Duration)
Schedule: Monday - Friday (4x10 Schedule) | No Nights, No Weekends, No Holidays, No On-Call
Pay Range: $26.78 - $31.93 per hour (depending on experience)

About the Role
We are seeking two dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Assistants (CMA or MA-R) to join our outpatient GI team. We have one opening based at our Fremont clinic in Seattle and one opening at our Kirkland clinic.
In this role, you will be an essential part of the endoscopy care team, supporting procedure setups, managing high-level disinfection of specialized scopes, keeping procedure rooms stocked, and assisting healthcare providers to deliver exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities
  • Scope & Equipment Management: Arrange, inspect, and inventory equipment for endoscopy procedures. Disinfect, clean, and maintain scopes and specialized instrumentation in accordance with safety standards.
  • Room Preparation: Prepare and thoroughly clean procedure rooms before and after cases.
  • Supply & Inventory Control: Stock procedure and scope disinfection rooms to maintain appropriate inventory levels.
  • Clinical Support: Assist the endoscopy care team during diagnostic and therapeutic procedures as directed.
  • Patient Care: Support overall patient flow and team operations to ensure positive clinical outcomes and a comfortable patient experience.

Qualifications & Requirements
Required:
  • Active Washington Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Medical Assistant-Registered (MA-R) credential.
  • Direct medical patient care experience.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.

Preferred:
  • Prior clinical experience in an Endoscopy or Gastroenterology (GI) setting.
