Job description

Court Club is a modern racquet and wellness club where community, sport, and hospitality converge. Designed for the next generation of Palm Beach, the club blends the charm of a classic racquet club with contemporary design, wellness, and culture. The club will feature state-of-the-art racquet facilities, a member clubhouse, a bespoke restaurant concept, resort-style pool, fitness pavilion, recovery center, and event lawn, all set within an elevated, resort-style environment.

The Role

Court Club is seeking an experienced General Manager to serve as the face and leader of the club; overseeing all operations, financial performance, and member experience. This individual will set the tone for excellence in hospitality, manage the P&L, build and lead a best-in-class team, and ensure every aspect of the club reflects its vision of elevated, community-driven living.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead all day-to-day operations, including F&B, programming, facilities, and member services
  • Hire, train, and inspire a high-performing hospitality team; foster a culture of service and pride
  • Ensure an exceptional and consistent member experience across all touchpoints
  • Partner with the Membership Director to grow, onboard, and retain members
  • Serve as the visible ambassador of the club - engaging members, staff, and the local community
  • Manage full P&L: budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial accountability
  • Report regularly to ownership with financial and operational insights & recommendations
Ideal Candidate
  • 10-15+ years of leadership experience in private clubs, resorts, or high-end hospitality
  • Proven success managing membership-based operations or active clubs (racquet, golf, fitness, or wellness)
  • Deep understanding of hospitality excellence and member relations
  • Financially savvy, operationally disciplined, and hands-on leader
  • Polished communicator with credibility across all audiences
  • Passion for racquet sports, wellness, and community-driven environments preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field; CCM / CCE certification a plus
BENEFITS
  • Subject to eligibility requirements and plan terms, you will be eligible to participate in Court Club’s employee benefit programs.
  • Eligibility for medical benefits will begin on the first day of the month following ninety (90) days of employment, unless otherwise provided by the applicable benefit plan.
Compensation

Target annual compensation: $175,000-$250,000, including base salary and performance-based bonus.
