Baltimore Country Club was founded in 1898 and it was a success from the start, with 600 members enjoying its 150-acre facility less than five miles from downtown Baltimore. A DAY IN THE LIFE AS THE CLUBHOUSE SERVICES ASSISTANT

Baltimore Country Club's Clubhouse Services Assistant supports the daily operation of all clubhouse service areas to help ensure that the wants and needs of Club members and guests are consistently exceeded. This position assists with the coordination of Housekeeping, Laundry, Locker Rooms and Barber Shop, Valet and Transportation, and the Welcome House by supporting staffing, service execution, administrative tasks, inventory control, and quality standards. The role works closely with the Clubhouse Operations Manager and department leaders to maintain smooth day-to-day operations and exceptional member service.

The ideal candidate will have strong service instincts and 1-3 years of experience in hospitality, clubhouse operations, and/or facilities. A working knowledge of clubhouse support services and the ability to build a high-performing team are a plus.
