Job Purpose
The Clubhouse Maintenance Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall condition of the clubhouse and surrounding facilities. This hands-on role supports daily operations by performing routine cleaning, light maintenance, and facility upkeep to ensure a welcoming and well-presented environment for members, guests, and staff.
Responsibilities
  • Maintain cleanliness of clubhouse interiors including restrooms, locker rooms, dining areas, offices, and common spaces
  • Perform routine light maintenance such as replacing light bulbs, minor repairs, unclogging drains, tightening fixtures, and basic troubleshooting
  • Conduct regular inspections of the clubhouse to identify maintenance or safety concerns
  • Support upkeep of outdoor areas including patios, walkways, and entryways
  • Assist with event setup and breakdown, including moving furniture or equipment as needed
  • Safely operate cleaning equipment and maintain proper storage of supplies
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests from club staff
  • Follow all safety procedures and ensure compliance with company standards
  • Report larger repair needs or safety issues to leadership
