A Club General Manager oversees the daily operations of a club, such as a fitness center, country club, or social club. Their responsibilities include managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining the facility, overseeing budgets, and implementing club policies. They play a key role in achieving financial goals and membership growth by developing marketing strategies and engaging with members. JOB DESCRIPTION

WHO WE ARE:

Palisociety is a society of unique hotels and residences — Palihouse, Palihotel, Le Petit Pali, ARRIVE by Palisociety, and a growing collection of independently branded properties. Since our first hotel opened in Los Angeles in 2009, we've grown into a nationwide portfolio of neighborhood-centric hotels, restaurants, bars, and event spaces, earning recognition from Condé Nast Traveler, Travel + Leisure, the New York Times, and more.

We consider our employees our greatest asset: structured training from day one, consistent feedback, and a clear path for growth. We develop our leaders from within, because the strongest hospitality companies are the ones that grow their own.

ABOUT ARRIVE ALBUQUERQUE:

Located on Central Avenue

(the iconic U.S. Route 66) in Downtown Albuquerque, ARRIVE Albuquerque is a beautifully renovated historic hotel and neighborhood hub. Originally built in 1965 and opened as Downtowner Motor Inn, this 137-room boutique hotel is bright and comfortable, with a modern southwestern-inspired charm. This easy-going home away from home includes beds outfitted in Bellino Fine Linens, Salt & Stone bath amenities, Bluetooth speakers, plush robes, and so much more.

After checking in at the front desk, our guests can grab a bite at DWTNR Cocktail Bar & Lounge, a high/low, east/west cocktail bar, restaurant, and swim club, where Pan Asian American classics are served alongside Americana comfort food. Our seasonal poolside paradise serves tropical drinks and light bites to enjoy in the sunshine.

POSITION PROFILE:

We are looking for a friendly, fastidious, and dedicated General Manager at ARRIVE Albuquerque. The ideal candidate will expertly oversee the Front Desk, Housekeeping, Property Maintenance, Food & Beverage, and Overnight teams, ensuring a delightful guest experience and our signature trusty service. This dynamic role is ideal for a hospitality-driven individual who understands the 24/7 nature of managing a hotel and enjoys training and managing a nimble team.

THE TASK AT HAND:

  • Hire, train, coach, and develop all team members, holding leaders accountable for operational standards and follow-through.

  • Lead performance management, regular feedback, and formal evaluations across departments.

  • Ensure full compliance with safety, OSHA, and local regulatory requirements; lead the property Safety Committee.

  • Own the guest experience — personalized, consistent hospitality with a focus on maintaining a 4.0+ rating across key platforms, including timely responses to reviews and guest recovery efforts.

  • Maintain the property to the highest cleanliness, maintenance, design, and Eye for Detail standards through regular inspections, walkthroughs, and documented Preventative Maintenance protocols.

  • Oversee Food & Beverage operations at DWTNR Cocktail Bar & Lounge, driving revenue while maintaining brand and quality standards.

  • Own the property's financial performance — budgets, labor management, margin improvement, inventories, and accurate monthly reporting for ownership.

  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Management to drive RevPAR, ADR, and occupancy.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

Required

  • Minimum 5 years of senior property leadership experience in a hotel environment, preferably boutique or lifestyle.

  • Strong Food & Beverage operational experience and financial acumen (budgets, cost control, profitability).

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills; calm under pressure.

  • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Preferred

  • Experience with Craftable or similar hotel operating/cost-management systems.

Physical

  • Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical duties throughout the day, including lifting up to 40 lbs.

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU:

  • Competitive compensation package with medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, plus 401(k).

  • Paid time off, holiday pay, and sick pay.

  • Career advancement and professional development as we open new hotels and restaurants nationwide.

  • Employee discounts across our entire portfolio (25 hotels and more to come!).

REQUIREMENTS
