Job description

You Are:

The Oracle HCM Cloud Director will lead the delivery and program management of large, complex Oracle HCM modernization efforts while driving strategic alignment across clients, internal teams, and Oracle itself. You will be responsible for executing mission-critical solutions by incorporating modern development and integration techniques, while also fostering a strong, collaborative relationship with Oracle to ensure alignment with product roadmaps, go-to-market strategies, and pipeline development.

You bring a deep understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud -including key trends and challenges, and have experience migrating large organizations to the platform. This role is equal parts delivery execution and forward-looking leadership, enabling Accenture Federal Services to drive impactful, scalable Oracle HCM transformations.

The Work:

  • Lead delivery and program management for complex Oracle HCM modernization engagements, ensuring mission objectives are met with high quality and efficiency
  • Incorporate modern development methodologies and integration strategies to elevate solution delivery
  • Foster and maintain strong, strategic relationships with Oracle to ensure alignment on roadmap, solutions, and co-selling strategies
  • Engage with key client stakeholders and develop long-term trusted relationships to strengthen delivery and identify future opportunities
  • Guide practice growth by mentoring delivery leaders, technical teams, and business stakeholders
  • Provide strategic input on integration of new and existing business processes and technologies
  • Support AFS participation in strategic industry forums and partnerships

Here's What You Need:

  • Bachelor's degree or 20+ years of industry experience
  • 10+ years of executive leadership with a focus on P&L responsibility in the Federal sector
  • 5+ years of experience leading the delivery and implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud or technology modernization solutions for either Federal or quasi-Federal organizations
  • Proven track record of managing complex delivery portfolios and high-performing teams
  • Demonstrated success balancing client delivery and practice strategy

Bonus Points If:

  • Motivated and proactive, with a desire to understand and address complex delivery and strategic challenges
  • Experience with offensive and defensive IT strategies
  • Strong capability in architecting and articulating Oracle and modernization solutions in large-scale, complex environments
  • Proven ability to influence at both the practice and firm-wide level
  • Deep curiosity for learning new technologies, analyzing trends, and implementing innovative ideas
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and people management skills
  • Commitment to delivering measurable outcomes to clients and maintaining alignment with mission and strategic goals
