Job Title: Cloud Data Governance and Catalog Lead
Work Location & Reporting Address: Richardson, TX 75082 (Remote is fine.)

Detailed Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and configure Informatica CDGC for data cataloging, governance workflows, and metadata management
• Develop and maintain data lineage, impact analysis, and business glossaries
• Integrate CDGC / EDC with cloud and on-prem data sources
• Collaborate with data engineering teams to onboard new datasets and ETL pipelines
• Support data quality, stewardship, and governance processes
• Configure roles, policies, and access controls within Informatica governance tools
• Troubleshoot metadata ingestion, lineage issues, and performance concerns
• Document governance processes, standards, and best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Experience with Informatica CDGC or strong hands-on experience with Informatica EDC
• Solid understanding of data governance, metadata management, and data lineage concepts
• Experience working with cloud ETL / data integration tools (e.g., Informatica Cloud, Azure, AWS, Snowflake, Databricks, etc.)
• Strong SQL skills and understanding of relational databases
• Experience integrating metadata from multiple data platforms
• Good communication skills and ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders
• Informatica certifications - Data Governance/Privacy, Cloud Data Governance and Catalog, and IDMC - Intelligent Data Management Cloud - Must to have
• Knowledge of regulatory or compliance-driven data governance (e.g., GDPR, SOX, HIPAA)
• Direct production experience with Informatica CDGC
Preferred / Nice-to-Have:
• Experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Snowflake, ADLS)
• Exposure to data quality tools and stewardship workflows
