Role Descriptions:

Important- DevOps Engineer must be able to work on multiple projects at the same time including Cloud & Linux environments

  • 8-10 Years of experience in IT industry comprising of Cloud computing, DevOps Implementation, Linux administration, Build and Release Engineering in Configuration Management, automation, building, deploying and releasing from one environment to another environment.
    Expertise in Cloud Infrastructure Automation which includes Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Clould Platform, Ansible, Ansible Tower Jenkins, and LINUX etc.
    Experience in creating Subnets, Security groups, VPC and Route 53 used for multi region.
    Experience in using containerization and container management tools like Docker, Docker Compose and Kubernetesfor Orchestration.
    Used Kubernetes to orchestrate the deployment, scaling and management of Docker Containers.
    Ability in development of XML, Shell Scripts, Python Scripts for monitoring and to automate the build and deployment process.
    Experience in establishing and maintaining the integrity of the project artifacts throughout the software development lifecycle using configuration management tools such as GIT, Jenkins, LINUX and Windows environment.
    Extensively worked on Jenkins for continuous integration and for End-to-End automation for all build and deployments.
    Implemented Shell scripts for release and build automation. Manipulated and automated scripts to suit the requirements.
    Experienced in branching, tagging and maintaining the version across the environments using SCM tools like GIT, SVN.
    Strong ability to troubleshoot any issues generated while building, deploying and in production support.
    In-depth understanding of the principles and best practices of Software Configuration Management (SCM) processes, which include compiling, packaging, deploying and Application configurations.
    Experience in developing front-end systems with JavaScript, bootstrap, HTML5, CSS3 as a platform for web applications
    Experience with Build Management tools like Ant and Maven along with ability to create, debug, diagnose and troubleshoot build scripts.
    Experience in Issue Tracking tools JIRA, Service Now
    Experienced in supporting database systems including Oracle,MySQL on Linux/Unix, and Windows environment.
    Good Interpersonal Skills, team-working attitude, takes initiatives and very proactive in solving problems and providing best solutions
