Summary Description:
The Salesforce Service Cloud Administrator is primarily responsible for the configuration, operational support, administration and performance tracking for instance of Service Cloud. The Service Cloud administrator will work alongside their fellow Service Cloud administrators to understand and proactively monitor all aspects of the Service Cloud configuration. Where applicable and necessary, she/he will collaborate with internal/external Salesforce architects/ integrators/crowdsource solutions and/or other internal data/technical associates when the complexity of identified solutions warrants it.
Education Ideal candidate will hold a post-secondary degree/relevant work experience/be currently pursuing a degree in business / technology systemsb. Training requirements (licenses, programs or certificates) Certified Salesforce Administrator (ADM201) a minimumc. Knowledge and skills (e.g. demonstrated ability to work under pressure, or possesses good written and oral communication skills)
