We are seeking an experienced Selling Sales Manager with a proven background in in-home home improvement sales to lead, coach, and develop our sales team while continuing to sell.

As our Sales Manager, you'll lead a team of In-Home Sales Representatives while remaining active in the field. This is a working management position where you'll coach by example, train new and existing sales representatives, assist with closing opportunities, and help maximize the performance of the entire sales organization.
You'll play a critical role in recruiting success, increasing closing percentages, and creating a high-performance sales culture built on accountability, professionalism, and winning.Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, mentor, and motivate a team of In-Home Sales Representatives.
  • Review and manage appointments scheduled by the Inside Sales team.
  • Run a minimum of five (5) in-home appointments each week alongside sales representatives to provide real-time coaching and hands-on training.
  • Support representatives during appointments by assisting with presentations, overcoming objections, and closing sales.
  • Monitor individual and team performance to ensure daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals are achieved.
  • Conduct cancel-save appointments to retain sales opportunities.
  • Partner with the Rehash Manager to revisit previous prospects and maximize closing opportunities.
  • Plan and conduct regular sales meetings, coaching sessions, and ongoing product and sales training.
  • Establish clear expectations, performance standards, and accountability for the sales team.
  • Foster a positive, competitive, and results-driven culture focused on continuous improvement.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of successful in-home home improvement sales experience is required.
  • Previous in-home sales management experience strongly preferred (2+ years).
  • Experience with one-call-close or one-day sales concepts is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and develop high-performing sales professionals.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales goals.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Comfortable using iPads, CRM systems, electronic contracts, and presentation technology.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
