Montgomery, AL

Base Salary: $75,000 + Uncapped Commission

On Target Earnings: $100,000+

Relocation: Not Available

If you are a true hunter who wants ownership of a market, this is your opportunity.

We are hiring a Selling Branch Manager with a strong outside B2B sales focus to lead and grow our Montgomery territory. This is not a sit-behind-a-desk role. You will be in the field building relationships, opening doors, and driving revenue. At the same time, you will lead a team to ensure delivery matches the growth you create.

This role offers real autonomy—you will run your own territory with decision-making power, shape the branch strategy, and see direct results from your efforts.

What You Will Do
  • Build and execute a territory sales strategy
  • Generate new business through cold calling, networking, and in-person visits
  • Grow existing accounts and expand wallet share
  • Lead and motivate a team to fulfill job orders
  • Track pipeline activity and sales performance in CRM
  • Partner with clients to provide workforce solutions
  • Work closely with accounting to ensure timely collections
What You Will Get
  • Commission structure designed to reward high activity and new account growth
  • Company-provided tools: CRM, laptop, phone
  • Paid training for sales and leadership skills
  • Health benefits, PTO, and 401k matching
  • Join an award-winning company recognized for excellence in workforce solutions
  • Collaborative, high-energy environment
What We Are Looking For
  • 2 to 3 years of sales experience required
  • Outside B2B sales experience strongly preferred
  • Comfortable prospecting and closing new accounts
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Driven, competitive, and goal oriented
  • Staffing or industrial sales experience is a plus
