We are a well-established and respected title insurance company based on Long Island, serving clients across the New York metro area. Known for our professionalism, responsiveness, and strong client relationships, we're seeking a skilled Closing Desk Coordinator to join our team and help support a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Who You Are
The Closing Desk Coordinator plays a key role in preparing and coordinating all aspects of residential and commercial real estate closings. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of title insurance and real estate closing processes in New York.
What You'll Do
  • Coordinate and schedule closings with clients, attorneys, lenders, and internal staff
  • Review and prepare closing packages, policies, and related documentation
  • Confirm that all closing requirements are met with Clearance Officer (cleared title, payoff information, escrow requirements, etc.)
  • Maintain communication with all parties to ensure smooth, timely closings
  • Update internal systems and follow up on post-closing items as needed
  • Provide general support to the closing and clearance teams

What You Bring
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role at a title company or familiar with real estate closings
  • Strong understanding of New York title insurance requirements and knowledge of residential/commercial closing procedures
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in title production systems (e.g., TrackerPro) is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple deadlines
  • Ideal candidate resides in eastern Queens or western Nassau County
  • Prior experience working for a title company is strongly preferred.
