Additionally, this role will manage the processes, systems and personnel associated with Standard loan closing functions across all programs and products. The Sr. Closing Manager will work as a player-coach as needed; preparing loan documents, coordinating with legal counsel, title and escrow, closing loans and performing post-closing tasks themselves in addition to managing the other loan closing and documentation staff who perform similar functions. Ensure that staff is trained in all aspects of program requirements and remain up to date on changes within the lending industry. Join us as we pave the way with innovative financing and financial education!**What You’ll Be Doing*** Provide day-to-day leadership to the loan closing team, including measuring Key Performance Indicators and reporting to the management and executive teams.* Ensure loans are closed within the required time frames.
