Job Summary

This role blends design expertise with cost estimation skills, ensuring projects meet client expectations, budget requirements, and production capabilities. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to understand storage needs, style preferences, and space constraints.
- Develop detailed closet layouts using CAD/design software.
- Select laminated materials, finishes, and hardware to match client requirements.
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for materials, labor, and installation.
- In-home review of storage requirements.
- Generate quotations and proposals for clients.
- Collaborate with production and installation teams to ensure design feasibility.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and innovations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of laminated materials and closet design systems.
- Proficiency in CAD/design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 2020 Design, or similar).
- Experience in cost estimation and project budgeting.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Education amp; Experience
- Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field (preferred).
- 5 plus years of experience in closet design, cabinetry, or furniture design.
