About Us

We are a fast-growing, results-driven solar solutions company helping California homeowners lower their utility bills and transition to clean, reliable energy. With Net Metering changes, utility rate hikes, and rising homeowner demand, there has never been a better time to be in solar sales.
We provide you with qualified training, proven scripts, daily mentorship, and a high-energy team environment designed to help you succeed fast.
What You’ll Do
  • Go door-to-door in assigned neighborhoods to speak with homeowners about rising electricity costs and solar savings
  • Use company-provided scripts and training to educate homeowners on California solar incentives, financing programs, and bill-reduction options
  • Schedule appointments for homeowners interested in receiving a solar proposal
  • Handle basic qualification questions (roof type, credit, bill amount, shade, etc.)
  • Work closely with closers and managers to ensure smooth homeowner follow-up
  • Track leads, appointments, and conversions in our CRM daily
What We Offer
  • High commissions + bonuses
  • Training with daily support from experienced sales leaders
  • Fast advancement opportunities into setter/closer/manager roles

  • A competitive, positive team culture that rewards effort and results
What We’re Looking For
  • Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with homeowners
  • Self-motivated, ambitious, and comfortable working outdoors
  • No sales experience required — we train from the ground up

  • Reliable transportation

Why Door-to-Door Solar?
California utility rates keep climbing every year. Homeowners are actively looking for ways to lower their electric bills, and solar has become one of the easiest ways for them to save money immediately. This job puts you in front of homeowners when they need solutions the most.
If you’re hungry, coachable, and willing to put in the work, this industry can change your life.
