  • Collaborate with Inside Sales, Operations, and Customer Service to ensure smooth onboarding of new customers
  • Support pricing and proposal development in alignment with company guidelines
  • Maintain consistent follow-up to advance opportunities and close business
  • Own individual pipeline, activity levels, and revenue results
  • Maintain consistent prospecting and field presence
  • Demonstrate accountability for commitments and follow-through
  • Partner effectively with internal teams to support customer success
  • Continuously refine sales skills, product knowledge, and sales approach
  • Meet or exceed monthly new customer acquisition goals
  • Maintain established weekly activity metrics (calls, meetings, proposals)
Qualifications
  • Experience in a service-based sales environment requiring cold calling
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage time, territory, and priorities effectively
  • Comfort initiating conversations and navigating objections
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
  • Experience using CRM systems and sales tracking tools
  • Fire and life safety experience is a plus, but not required

  • Relentless Hustle – Take ownership and pursue results
