Job description

Role: CONGA CLM
Duration: 6+ Months
Location: Remote
Objective:
  • Design, development and roll out of CONGA based CLM tool.

Deliverables:
  • CLM roll out to 4 segments (Departments: Corporate Services, Campus Services, Healthcare and Seniors)
    • This would be 10 record types on Salesforce.
  • May have 4 to 6 templates that needs to be automated and connected to the Record Types.
  • Create Clause Library to all segments and record types.
  • Update the CRM feed that brings in info into the CLM object (account object related info).
  • Integration of CLM info into CRM (custom feed that would connect to CRM Salesforce).
  • Integration towards SAP (custom feed that would have accounting information).
  • Documentation: User guide and Design Document.
  • User training.
  • Knowledge transfer towards Sodexo Global CLM competency center resources.
