Administrative Assistant

We're looking for a dependable Administrative Assistant who takes pride in accuracy, stays focused, and enjoys creating order in a busy office.

  • Answer phones and direct calls
  • Process deposits and reconcile receipts
  • Organize paperwork and maintain customer files
  • Order office supplies and coordinate office needs
  • Mail invoices and customer communications
