Role Description The Clinique Consultant role at Belk is a full-time, on-site position based in Rocky Mount, NC. In this role, the consultant provides personalized skincare and cosmetic consultations, helping customers select Clinique products that meet their individual needs and preferences. Day-to-day responsibilities include greeting customers, demonstrating products, applying makeup or skincare as needed, and maintaining a clean, well-organized counter that reflects brand standards. The consultant also supports sales goals by building long-term relationships with customers, managing product replenishment, and participating in promotional events and trainings.
