Position Summary

The Clinical Tech Mgmt Analyst Sr performs advanced maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair on a wide range of general and highly specialized clinical equipment, ensuring optimal performance, safety, and reliability of patient care systems. Leads and executes comprehensive preventive maintenance programs within assigned areas, consistently meeting compliance timelines and regulatory requirements while improving equipment uptime. Utilizes in-depth technical expertise to diagnose complex equipment faults, implement effective corrective actions, and adapt or develop testing procedures as needed to resolve issues efficiently and minimize operational disruption.

Responsibilities:

  • Comprehensive understanding of computers and network architecture
  • Work with IS&T department staff to facilitate better communication between departments
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve hardware, software, and other network/system issues as applicable to clinical devices
  • Adhere to IS&T security standards and regulations to uphold the integrity of the organization.
  • Excellent technical consulting skills, including ability to ask probing questions, and incorporating technology solutions into a broader enterprise environment.
  • Lifecycle/Inventory management of medical equipment across the organization

Requirements:

  • Associates degree in Information Technology or Biomedical Equipment Technology or Certified Biomed Equipment Technician AAMI
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years experience of relevant experience in fields such as hospital or clinical setting, clinical manufacturer or service provider, military training on clinical equipment or electronics

Pay and Benefit Expectations

We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $79,830.40 - $114,878.40 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant's years of experience align.
